Fall Shop Hop 2023

Central Oregon Shop Hop 2023 Fall

Welcome to our Fall 2023 Central Oregon Shop! We are thrilled that we are bringing Fall Shop Hop back after a 4-year hiatus!

This year we are revising our agenda this shop hop we are offering a trip to each shop and a collection of “mystery quilt patterns” from each shop. We have five participating Quilt Shops from the Central Oregon area: The Quilt Basket, The Quilt Shack, Sew Dee-Liteful, Cynthia’s of Bend, and Anvil Sewing.

What we love about Central Oregon Shop Hop is that each quilt store in the area has its own unique collection of quilting fabrics. In each store, you can find many patterns, colors, prints, collections, and brands.

This year’s coverage area is Madras, Bend, and Prineville. Three locations are in Bend, one location is in Madras, and one location is in Prineville. No matter where you are starting from we can’t wait to see you!

Let’s Get To Quilting!

  • What is a Shop Hop?

A shop hop is an event sponsored by a group of quilt shops encouraging participants to visit all of the shops hosting the event.

  • What do you do on a Shop Hop?

  1. Pick up a ‘passport’ at your first stop or download it if available online. This will be available for free on September 1st.
  2. Make a plan, check the maps, and put all of the data in your GPS. Grab a friend or a group and hit the road!
  3. Try to visit each shop in the hop. Get your passport stamped. Fill out door prize slips at each shop. Be sure to grab your “mystery quilt” pattern from each shop while you get stamped.
  4. Have lunch in between your shop hop adventure, each city has restaurants, and/or pack a lunch!
  5. Explore the shops, look for the qualities and offerings that make each shop unique.
  6. Turn in your completed passport at your last stop. MAKE SURE YOU FILL OUT EACH SECTION OF YOUR PASSPORT TO ENTER THE DRAWINGS!
  7. Have a great time!

That is all there is to it! The most important part, having fun. We hope you meet new people, see new shops, learn something new, and come away with more inspiration to quilt and make your projects through the year!
